“What are you most likely to do?” That was the question we posed when recruiting interns for TracyLocke’s centennial year. In this campaign inspired by yearbook superlatives, I created a faceless silhouette as a visual suggestion box for intern success. The design was completely hand-drawn, giving it a raw quality that any fresh-out-of-school creative could relate to. The ensemble was finished off with an intern kit, complete with lunch box and thermos. We received a near record number of applicants and the campaign took home a Dallas ADDY Gold and Creativity International Platinum awards. Not bad for a little graphite and 360 paper.
